CranioSacral Therapy

Are you sick of being in pain? Tired of finding no relief? Try CranioSacral Therapy (CST).
A CST session is done with the client fully clothed (as long as they are comfortable). During the session, the CST practitioner will lay his or her hands in places of restriction on the body. The client is encouraged to relax and focus their mind on the area being held. The client should try to picture the area relaxing and the restrictions loosening to where there is free movement.
- Boost total health and resistance to illness along with helping numerous health conditions
- CST works to counter the exhausting effects of stress by creating an environment where the nervous system can recharge. Using a touch of no more than 5 grams (the weight of a nickel), practitioners release tense areas in your body to correct the source of the problem
- CST has proved to be helpful for many ailments, which include, but are not limited to:
· Headaches, including migraines
· Chronic neck and back pain
· Emotional difficulties
· Sleep difficulties, including insomnia
· Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ)
· Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
CranioSacral Therapy works on many different levels. Including the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Many clients have reported that the effects of the therapy keep going on for days after the actual session and they continue to improve and feel better. CranioSacral Therapy helps those in pain as well as those seeking a truly relaxing and renewing experience.
