Services
We specialize in restoring function, relieving pain, increasing flexibility, boosting the immune system (which results in a sense of well-being), lowering stress, and achieving greater relaxation.
We offer spa massage techniques such as salt glow massages and paraffin treatments for the hands and feet.
We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, 75-minute and 90-minute sessions at our office.
We also offer on-site corporate chair massages at the rate of $1 per minute plus $5.00, per therapist (minimum one hour or $65.00). For example, 90 minutes of massage at your location with one therapist would be $90. We come to your office with our specially designed massage chairs promoting relaxation and stress relief. Each of your staff can sign up for a 15 or 30 minute session, or you can design sessions to suit your particular organization.
We offer therapeutic massage by appointment only. Usually, at least one of us has same day appointments available on most days. To make an appointment, please call (828) 255-1966. You may also call our individual cell numbers or email us (see our Contact page or Staff page for details). Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you can not make your appointment to give us the opportunity to schedule another client in your place.

Neuromuscular Therapy
This set of techniques works to restore balance by releasing trigger points (knots in the muscle). A treatment session begins with a postural analysis to evaluate which muscles are tight or out of balance. These techniques are done by Pam Hauser, RN, LMBT.
If you have pain from an injury (some examples would be low back pain, TMJ, whiplash, torn rotator cuff or tennis elbow), Pam can use massage techniques, including Neuromuscular Therapy, to balance your muscles — relieving pain and improving function.
Sports Massage techniques provide the same results, but with different techniques. Sports Massage combines Neuromuscular Therapy with myofascial release — as well as stretches to relax tight muscles and restore balance.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a wonderful stretching and balancing massage done with the client fully clothed in loose, stetchy clothing. It is done on a mat on the floor and not on a traditional massage table. This modality is practiced by Grace Scarbrough, MS, LMBT.
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a modality developed by Dr John Upledger. It is a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functions of the body. Using a touch of generally no more than 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel) a skilled practitioner can find restrictions and release them by holding areas and waiting for them to release. By assisting the body’s natural healing processes, CST is being used more and more as a way to increase resistance to disease and can be helpful in many different circumstances. Both Pam Hauser, RN, LMBT and Stephanie Stanton, LMBT, CST practice CranioSacral Therapy.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
The LDT process involves the use of subtle manual maneuvers to aid in the recirculation of the lymphatic flow. Specifically, the therapist works with flat hands, using all the fingers to simulate wavelike movements. The pressure applied is generally around five grams, or the equivalent weight of a nickel. Both Stephanie Stanton, LMBT, CST and Pam Hauser, RN, LMBT practice Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
